This morning was a beautiful day to break out the bubbles. Our certifiably weird Jack Russell Terrier, Maggie, loves to pop bubbles. I made a quilt from pictures with Miles and Mia two years ago. You can see it here.
Here is Maggie begging for Grandpa to blow bubbles.
More bubbles, please!
Getting a little more weird, as she goes after the elusive bubbles.
Jumping for bubbles!
Mia blows bubbles, looking so cute in her summer skirt.
Miles tries to blow bubbles while Maggie waits patiently.
Today we went to Healdsburg and bought fabric at Fabrications. We also checked out the really cute children’s boutique called Scout where Mia scored an adorable pair of sequined flats. I’ll get a pic of her wearing them tomorrow as she is sound asleep right now. Milo got a new pair of cool berms (Bermuda shorts.) We went to the book store and had to peel M & M away from the children’s book section. We then stopped by Diane’s. We had a great time hanging out with Diane, Roger, Caroline and Gemma – the new puppy. Mia was so thrilled to come home with a bag of Caroline’s hand-me-down clothes and toys. We had artichokes and grilled shrimp for dinner. Artichokes are Mia’s favorite food. It was a day bubbling with joy for sure.
Everyone looks like they are having so much fun!
Wow. That sounds like the most wonderful day. I love your writing. 🙂
What Debra said! 🙂
Ok, nice site, but why did you move?
Our yellow labrador, Zelda is also a bubble chaser hunter popper extraordinaire. It is hilarious to watch. Those are great pics of all the action on a beautiful day.
