It is Portland, Oregon, after all. I don’t mind the rain so much as the bitter cold. It hovered around 40° today.
Wednesday means that it is weigh in day. I survived Thanksgiving with only a half pound gain. I am okay with that. Stephanie took this photo of me at the beach. I am finding that I am no longer repulsed by seeing photos of myself. This is a good thing!
I spent the afternoon and most of the evening doing the quilting on the “Good to be Green .” It is very tedious, but I love how it is looking. I am using a variegated thread in shades of blue on the blue indigo. I love how it works with the variegated indigo. Here is another sneak peek.
Time to put my attention to Project Runway. Ta.
Gerrie! You look absolutely divine! So slim and trim!
WOW Gerrie! You look so great!!! Keep it up. You are motivating me to go back to WW……probably my New Years gift to myself. LOL
And “It’s Good to be Green” sure looks great. I like those threads too.
xo
You go Ms Thang! Looking most striking!
Gosh 40 degrees would be a heat wave here. We’ve been getting highs in the teens.
You look terrific, Gerrie. You are motivating me to get back on the WW program. I had done so well and then like an idiot let it all slip away… It seems so difficult at this time of year, but you’re obviously handling it all very well.
Love the photo of you and Mia. You are looking good! I’m in agreement with you on this cold, but we are getting wet, sloppy snow instead of rain. The sneak peaks are fantastic! I love the varigated thread work. Have a good Thursday. Cheers.
