I am sitting here watching Project Runway and thought this would be a great blog title. I am not going to bore you with more pictures of my Mod Christmas Table Runners. Suffice it to say that the quilting is finito. I just have the bindings to cut, machine and hand stitch. I want to FedEx them by the end of the week. I’ll watch some movies and get them finished tomorrow.
The best news of the day is that I lost 1 and a half pounds this week. I think I have worked my way past the plateau I was on.
I survived going to guild today without wearing a paper bag over my head so I just took this photo to show how short my hair was cut.

I was going to tell you on Wednesday that I think your hair looks cute, but then I got distracted! It’s pretty short, but looks good anyway and just think, you won’t have to get it cut again for a long time. Think of all the money you’re saving! I think it looks cute. Short hair is good–I’m embarrassed to say how long I’ve worn mine just about like yours is right now! Very in awe of your weight loss, and at this time of year too.
Congrats on the weight loss. Your haircut is cute. I think they cut mine too short too, but I console myself with, It will grow back.
I know how you feel, but for what it’s worth, I think you wear it well. And your glasses are so cute and suit your face so well. I’ve recently been growing out a too-short cut and started taking vitamins with biotin in them to help it grow faster. I think it’s working, and my nails are really getting strong, too.
You don’t look very happy, Gerrie…just remember that it grows! Hy hair person has been cutting mine so short lately that it sticks straight up–but only on the back of the crown of my head!
Gerrie, I think your hair looks adorable! I used to wair my hair short like that, but it always looked too spikey: yours behaves far better than mine!
