If you are a Democrat and you are in a state that is part of Super Tuesday, please watch this amazing video and then please vote for Barack Obama, tomorrow!!
Then, you can vote for your favorite Chocolate Love quilt. In fact, all the rest of you can vote for your fave. These are clickable to see them larger.
Thank you very much!
Loved the video and thanks for posting the link. I’m in Texas so we are way out on the trail. I think #2 on the quilts. S
Update from my DFL caucus: My precinct 5 votes for Hillary, 17(!!!) for Barack.
I bote for the top one (of the chocolate quilts), and later today I will vote for the best man running on the Democratic ticket.
Isn’t that video brilliant? I also posted it on my blog. I like both your chocolate pieces–I can’t choose.
Definitely number 2. Have a good day!
it’s a tough decision, but I’ll have to go with number two…
Hi Gerrie,
I like nr one better, can’t say why, just a feeling it is slightly more artistic I think. Success!

#2 gets my vote. Looks less scattered, the colors look sharper (maybe that’s just the photo), and the quilting more deliberate. I like how you’ve angled the chocolate shibori a bit differently in each square.
oooooo… #2 gets my vote.
I saw Obama speak on Saturday!!! Can’t waait to caucus for him tomorrow night!
There’s something nougat-like about the second one that makes me feel chocolate more than the first.
Hard to choose, Gerrie! But I think I’m going to vote for the second one. I like the pieced background. I think it is more interesting.
Washington’s primary isn’t for a couple of weeks and the Dem’s have decided to choose delegates via caucus and ignore the primary. A real dilema for those of us who want a voice, but can’t attend the caucus. Arrgh! But I can vote for the chocolate piece and have it count! I really like the first one you posted – don’t know why – just gut reaction. Hope it is as sunny there as it is here. Cheers.
I like Obama and #2 the best. One is nice but 2 just has more spirit. Love the lips.
