I am interrupting my birthday celebration to share this with you. I am part of the group known as Fiber Artists for Obama. Some of us made a 12 inch block. These were pieced by someone in So Cal and then it was sent to Maria in Alaska. She added that gorgeous border and quilted it. She just sent me these photos. It is being professionally photographed as we hope to enter it in some shows.
Here is a detail with my block – the Andy Warhol block.
The sun has come out and we can see Mt. Hood. Later!!
