Notice how much the bamboo has grown since last February. Don’t notice the fat lady taking the photo! Oh, look at the cute Maggie tail reflected in the window.
Here is a photo of the pretty hydrangea next to our front entry:
Steph and M & M came over this morning to tell us about their trip to North Carolina. They are all tanned and healthy looking from a few days at the beach. Mark and Jayme arrived tonight. I have fed them and given them the grand tour. Now it is past my bedtime. Ta!
i love the front door!!!
Your door makes a huge difference. I love it!
oh those dishes look wonderful, reminds me that I’m sick of our old mismatch plates! And that front door looks fab too — great idea to change it out.
Love the new doors. And your Tropical Tango is lovely too.
LOVE the new front door. That’s gorgeous.
Of course you already knew I love the dishes, since I dreamed about them. 😀
The new doors are so much more welcoming – they look wonderful.
Love all the new stuff, those doors are especially dramatic.
I would probably be better off if I actually gave away some dishes when I acquire new ones. Jen
Love the new doors….what an improvement over the old doors. Living in cloudy Portland you need as much sun and light as you can get.
Love it all!! The front door is amazing! It totally changes the look of the house. What a fun few days for you!
Your new dishes are great! I’m so impressed at the courageous “out with the old…” sentiment. I’m so hide-bound: that would be hard for me.
Lovely new china and flatware! Especially lurve the new doors, tres chic!
I think we have the same stainless. I have had mine for 35 years and still love it as much as the day I picked it out. It was Lauffer from Holland when I got it, but I think the design was bought by another (American) company some years back.
